Ezra is a co-founder and partner with Reflex building the practice of design for social justice. Ezra has worked on projects ranging from facilitating the design of short term solutions to homelessness in West Oakland with unhoused residents to expanded transit in Northern California with low income communities of color. They grew up in the forests and farms of the midwest, before moving to St. Louis and finally Oakland. In addition to their work with Reflex, they are a community organizer for trans and queer APIs, an abolitionist for transformative justice, a massive science fiction nerd, and the host of Design Futures Forum. They have spoken at SXSW, SF Design Week, and Allied Media Conference.
