Fabiola Santiago uses participatory research and transformative justice frameworks to create more equitable conditions in private and public spaces. She has led projects in various issue areas, including employment & labor rights, housing, education, incarceration, and maternal & child health. Fabiola is also passionate about Oaxacan food, mezcal, and culture. Her project, Mi Oaxaca, centers the wisdom that Indigenous (Zapotec) Oaxacan people have practiced for thousands of years to preserve a healthy and reciprocal relationship between people and land. Fabiola holds a masters degree in public health from University of California, Los Angeles.
