rita zhang is a social justice educator, facilitator, and activist. rita brings 10+ years of experience from movement-building, direct service, and community-led organizations to Reflex. Born and raised in the Bay Area, rita is committed to creating an equitable and just world that centers the needs of marginalized communities. In addition to her work at Reflex, rita coaches first-generation/immigrant communities of color on financial empowerment topics. rita holds a masters degree in Higher Education with a concentration in Social Justice Praxis from the University of Maryland, College Park.
